How long will it take me to get my order?

We usually ship orders 2-3 working days after receipt. Domestic orders in Metros are usually delivered in 3-4 business days and outside metro areas in about 6-8 days after they have shipped. For international orders, delivery times vary between 7-12 days after they have shipped.

Can I get Express Delivery?

What are the shipping charges?

For orders with delivery in India, there is a flat Rs 99 shipping rate for orders below Rs 4000 and free shipping on orders above Rs 4000

Is there a Flat rate shipping for all categories?

The Flat rate shipping charges and free shipping will not apply to some categories of products like Quilts, Floor cushions, Wooden and Ceramic items.

How can we return my order?

We offer Returns only in case a product is wrongfully delivered (product delivered is different from the product in the order confirmation mail).

Can I get an exchange on products?

You can exchange your product for size or in the case of a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. In the case of defects, please photograph the issue as soon as you receive the product.

What is the exchange policy?

To process returns and exchanges, please ensure that merchandise is in our packaging and has all our tags and is in the same condition as when it was received. If you need to send goods back to us, it is advisable to send your parcel with proof of postage, as we are not liable for parcels lost in the post on their way back to us. Once we receive and confirm everything is in order, you will get a credit note within two weeks. **Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

There is colour difference compared to Image shown.

Most of our products are handcrafted. Minor variations in colour and design are indicative of the handmade and unique nature of our products and should not be considered defects

We accept online payments through Debit/Credit card, Net banking, UPI and COD
